What to Expect
No sofas. Just solutions.
Laura’s approach as an integrative health counselor is solutions-oriented. Rather than simply provide a listening ear, Laura takes an active role in advising clients. She helps them not only set life goals, but also achieve them.
Integrative health counseling typically requires a weekly commitment, with each hour-long appointment taking place either at the LB Hand Therapy office or via telemedicine. All initial consultations take place in-office. Each hour-long counseling session costs $120.00.
Some clients achieve their desired results in as little as 4-6 weeks. Results depend on both the client’s goals and the frequency of counseling sessions.
As an integrative health counselor, Laura helps clients set goals, solve basic life problems, and improve their outlook on life. She is not a psychologist or a psychiatrist, and she does not offer clinical services.
Clients requiring psychological counseling or psychiatric services will be referred to an appropriate clinician.
